Shipping & Returns
Any orders less than $50 have a $5.95 shipping flat rate.
All the orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. We are located in Central Florida, thus shipping time will vary depending on destination. Shipments are based on business days. We do not process/ship orders during the weekends or holidays. Delivery time of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our customer support team and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information.

- Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the ship date.
- For orders placed with a coupon or items that have been discounted automatically (not including clearance items), it will still be eligible for a return for refund only if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging including all paperwork, parts & accessories with tags attached.
- Pack your items securely in the original product packaging. Packages received with shipping tape, postage label attached on the original box, merchandise that is worn or missing contents may be subject up to a 40% restocking fee.
- Shoptoska Inc. does not accept COD (cash on delivery) which will be refused with the shipping carrier.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL for clearance / sale items, gift cards, and international orders (any orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be considered as an international order.) No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items on sale. Any items discounted 50% or more is final sale. If the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that go into recovering the items.
- Returns for a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a few days for the credit to reflect on your bank account. The timing will vary depending on your bank and the form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable - customers are responsible for the return shipping. Returns are processed within 3 business days after receiving your package. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. If the original credit card that was used for the purchase is no longer valid to be refunded, we will then email a gift card of the approved amount. We will not be able to mail out any checks as refunds.
- We do not accept any exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange an item we suggest that you process a return and place another order for the items you want.
- If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange for your return. Also email us a photo of the defective item you received.
Packages that are refused by the customer will be charged the original shipping cost plus return shipping to us. Refunds will be subject to these amounts being deducted. Packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address, undelivered due to multiple attempts, refused, etc. will be subject to a restocking fee of $8. The restocking fee will be applied to the amount refunded.
- To re-ship your package, please contact us to arrange. Re-shipping charges will be invoiced prior to shipment.
- Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds.
